Retail customers
Retail Terms and Conditions
These Retail Customer Terms and Conditions apply to clients of CNIW Fincorp who meet the following criteria:

Businesses with fewer than ten (10) employees; and
-
An annual turnover not exceeding €2 million; or
-
Registered charities with an annual turnover not exceeding £1 million.
Clients meeting the above criteria will be classified as Retail Customers for the purposes of service provision and regulatory treatment under these Terms and Conditions.
Corporate customers
Corporate Terms and Conditions
These Corporate Customer Terms and Conditions apply to clients of CNIW Fincorp who meet the following criteria:

Businesses with more than ten (10) employees; and
-
An annual turnover exceeding €2 million.
Clients meeting the above criteria will be classified as Corporate Customers for the purposes of service eligibility, commercial arrangements, and regulatory treatment under these Terms and Conditions.

Card Service Terms
These Card Service Terms apply to clients of CNIW Fincorp who have been approved to access or use card-related services provided by CNIW Fincorp.
These terms govern the issuance, use, administration, and operation of cards and any related payment functionality made available as part of our services.

These terms govern the execution of currency conversions, foreign exchange transactions, and cross-border payments, as well as any related services provided as part of CNIW Fincorp’s offering.

Cashback Service Terms
These Cashback Service Terms apply to clients of CNIW Fincorp who are approved to access or participate in cashback or reward-based programs offered as part of our Services. These terms apply to:

New customers who enrol in the Cashback Service from the applicable launch date;

and existing customers from the date on which the Cashback Service is made available to them, as notified by CNIW Fincorp.
These terms govern the eligibility, calculation, accrual, and redemption of cashback rewards in connection with qualifying transactions made using CNIW Fincorp services.
